0. Premise
This page is intended to inform users of the policies observed by Vivisport Srl, with registered office in Via Piave 43 - 31016 Cordignano (TV) regarding the collection, storage, use and possible disclosure of any personal information of users taken in the context of the use of the services offered on the site www.vivisport.it.

This privacy policy is subject to updates and changes. These will be communicated via newsletter or will be highlighted in the appropriate sections of the site. In any case, it is advisable to check this privacy policy periodically.

The management and ownership of the site www.vivisport.it belong exclusively to Vivisport Srl.

2. Types of Data Collected
The undersigned, the Data Controller, informs you that, for the normal operation of the site, it will process data that by their nature can be defined as personal data. Personal data means any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

The personal data processed through the site are as follows:

a) Browsing data
During the normal operation of the site, computer systems and software procedures acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.

b) Common personal data
In order to access certain services on the site, the provision of common personal data may be required. Such personal data could include, but are not limited to: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.

3. Purpose of Processing
The data you provide, including data of a personal nature, will be processed for the following purposes:

a. to make available the contents and services of the site;
b. to respond to any contact requests received by e-mail or by filling in the appropriate form on the "Contacts" page and on all the other pages of the site;
c. allow the user to place orders with Vivisport Srl containing the products present on the site;
d. perform administrative-accounting activities in general. For the purposes of applying the provisions on the protection of personal data, the processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those related to the performance of activities of an organisational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, internal organisational activities, those functional to the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations and information activities pursue these purposes;
e. collect data for statistical purposes to improve the visitor's experience within the site;
f. to send informative communications about news and products of Vivisport Srl.


4. Legal basis and obligatory or optional nature of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in section 3 (a-d) is Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation as the processing is necessary for the provision of services or to comply with requests made by the data subject. The collection of personal data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide them will make it impossible to activate the services provided by the website and to respond to requests made.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in section 3(e-f) is Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, as processing is subject to the acquisition of explicit consent. The provision of data is entirely optional, but without it it will not be possible to provide the service.


5. Modalities of processing
The processing will be carried out in computerised form and in any case with appropriate measures to ensure maximum security, by specially trained and appointed persons.

The data collected for the purposes referred to in Section 3(a-d) will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil those purposes.

With regard to the purpose referred to in section 3(e), please refer to the specific information on cookies, while for 3(f) we inform you that the retention period will not exceed 24 months.

6. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be shared, for the purposes set out in section 3, with:

a. subjects acting as data processors, i.e.: subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of services (e.g. hosting providers), or subjects delegated to perform technical maintenance activities;
b. subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data by virtue of provisions of law or orders of the authorities themselves;

7. Transfers of personal data
The personal data of the Data Subject will not be transferred outside the European Union. It is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, shall have the right to transfer the data to the European Union and/or to non-EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller ensures as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions by entering, if necessary, into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission and/or binding corporate rules.


8. Rights of data subjects
The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller, at any time, for access to his/her Personal Data, to rectify or erase them or to object to their processing; he/she has the right to request the restriction of the processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning him/her, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.

For the exercise of the above rights, or for any questions or clarifications on this privacy policy, you may use the contacts provided in section 1 of this policy.

Vivisport, will provide, without delay, an appropriate response within a period not exceeding 1 month. In cases of particular complexity, the deadline for the response, in accordance with the Regulation, may be 3 months. In any case, the owner will inform the interested party within 1 month of the request, also to communicate the refusal in cases specifically covered by the provisions in force.


9. Rights to complain to the supervisory authority
We also inform you that pursuant to Art. 77 of EU Reg. 679/2016, should you consider your rights to have been infringed, you may appeal to the Data Protection Authority as well as to the ordinary judicial authorities.


10. Language
Any translation of this document in a language other than Italian is provided for information purposes only. In case of discrepancies, the only legally valid and binding version is the Italian version of this document.
